NuHuman Shipping Policy

At NuHuman, we’re committed to delivering your transformation tools quickly, safely, and efficiently. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently only ship within South Africa.

Shipping Fees

  •  There is a R120.00 flat-rate shipping fee

  • Free shipping is available on orders over R1500.00

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, NuHuman is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier company errors or service disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Public holidays or natural events

Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If your parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to collect from the courier

  • Refused delivery

You may be charged additional fees for re-shipping.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@nuhuman.co.za with clear photos and order details. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

NuHuman Disclaimer

Once the order is shipped, ownership and responsibility of the product transfers to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
