We offer five-day-a-week training sessions, where our expert trainers setup and guide you through your workouts daily. This ensures that each session is effective, safe, and tailored to your fitness level and goals.
Our training hours are 05:00 – 12:00 and 15:00 – 19:00, with a new session starting every hour, making it easy to fit fitness into your schedule.
